Cursed Burn is STOPPING INTERACTIONS/PROCS

Cursed Burn is virtually unusable right now. It is stopping some procs from occurring, it *also* isnt being applied to some skills (any hits of Warlocks Blades of Vengeful Army for example). An example of a proc its cancelling is the 3x storyteller set bonus.

A search in PC bugs looks like some of this was reported back in *DECEMBER*, like Demogorgon's Wrath set bonus.

    i believe the old Cursed Burn had the same issues, it's part of the enchant i guess

    33% of the weapon enchants are bugged and 66% of armor enchants are bugged. Seems like they should fix them, right?
