Quests Rewards/items Need a serious review/revamp. Or someone explain me it's logic

I started to play back in 2013. I stopped for a long time. Recently in 2022 (a couple months ago) I came back and create new characters, everything was different but it seemed cool. The first quests lines are good you are getting cool armours and weapons for your leveling quests in the Neverdeath graveyard, Vellosk, Ebon Downs...
But slowly you realize something is starting to go off...

1- MIMICS and PURPLE GEAR
There are some Mimics (not in all the maps -I think every 2 maps-) that drop Purple armour. But it is so rare the drop... those mimic chests are inside delves/dungeons you can only access if you have the quest. Once you finish it, there is no way back.
Do you want that cool purple armour? Be ready to repeat that delve more than 50 times without finishing the quest. If you are in a group the drop is going to be more difficult. Sometimes mobs had a chance to drop also the purple armour but the chance is 1 in a 1000 killings or more unless you are a very, very, very lucky player, or stubborn as me.

2- ITEM LEVEL AREA vs ITEM LEVEL REWARD
Some quests or player areas require from you to have a minimun item level to be able to access. Here are some Examples:
* The Well of Dragons requieres an item level 21.000. You would need at least 12 items of 1750. But the Ethereal Amour set (only 4 pieces) you can obtain in that zone is level 3.200 at 800 per piece.
* Dread Ring rewards are exactly same level as Well of Dragons.
* The Archdruid Morningdawn quests are only available if your item level is 24.000 that's for a character level 20 wearing items with level 1000+. But, surprise, surprise the armour reward you get is for a character level 15. Each item much lower level than the ones you needed to start these quests.
What is going on? The gear rewards are quite useless compared with the gear you required to be able to start the quest. And also the gear is bonded to that character.

3- TWICE SAME REWARD
Undermountain: Obaya Uday quests, Her reward is a chest with the full Gambler's set armour, once we finished the Slippery Slope area. Then, we can access to Willowwood area. The first NPC we will meet there is Eildi. Take her quests, but be warned, her reward is the SAME armour set you just obtained from Obaya Uday one minute ago. Why?
By the way, Gambler's armour each item is only level 1.075 for a character level 19. Very low compared for the 21.000 minimun required for this area.

4- USELESS REWARDS. The infamous Attachments. We are rewarded with useless items not longer we can attach to our character or gear, no even exchange them for proper ones with a NPC... Why?

5- EXPIRED CAMPAIGNS (but quests still active). Please, actualize all the data once a campaign is over and remove it from the game. For a new player is very confusing. It happened to us with Echoes of the Prophecy. After finished it, and not getting rewards... Finally, in Reddit we got some answers. The campaign finished in January (although NPC Sargent Nox) sends you to start it even 2 month after ended.
New players are not getting rewarded for completing the Campaign. If they want the items they can pay for them without waste their time doing the quests! But if you are a new player nowhere explains this in a clear way. My two kids pretty much lost the interest in the game after not getting the rewards. Waste of time and big disappointment.
Wouldn't be better to remove the quests as soon it is finished and then left the rewards in zen market for the ones who want the rewards?

Many things are changing. The character level system, the items level. But should be done properly. Effort vs Reward is not balanced at all.

Is it worth to do all the quests? We are forced to do them if we want to access those areas. But you are rewarded with gear very low level even for the area requisits. I am not asking purple gear for completing the quests but at least the level required for next area.

I am starting to wonder why I am doing all the quests. I am loosing the interest day by day.
I am very casual player, my years of hard core raiding player are gone long ago. It is very frustrating to see noone cares. Looks like the only important is the drop rate of the chests which require zen market keys to open them... plenty drops of those I do not pick them up anymore.

I do not want to upset anyone. I am talking as a player with new characters. Probably if I was in a raiding guild my main character would have plenty stuff of good gear to dress all my low level alts. But is not the case and I am not alone here.
Sorry for the long post. I only put a few examples.

I do not understand the Quest/Reward system. Why are we "rewarded" with useless low level gear, or obsolet items the game doesn't use anymore?

MMO games aren't for very casual player. Not even one. And f2p games hit even harder.
Casual play, casual progress. Very casual play, well, very casual progress. Put f2p over it...
And. Yeah. Rewards are outdated. And not just outdated, they're just bad. 30+ minutes in radq for ref. points or for one useless pres. ward. With good party. With bad it can take 60+ minutes. Obviously we're playing this game because we like it, not because of rewards.

    1. This game is not for casual player who does not play constantly. If you don't put a lot of time to understand the game, to update yourself about the game, to know about various bugs in the game, you will not go too far.
    2. purple gear means nothing. Purple gear can be worse than green gear.
    3. Doing old campaign gives you boon points and AD. Certain people wants those old gear for transmutes.
    4. It does not really matter if the item is obsolete or not. Most of them are useless. Even in the latest area, the item level 1300/1400 are pretty much useless, I am selling many of them for gold every day. They are either for gold or for RP.
    5. This game is more about you look/seek for what you want (and from where and how) instead of waiting for something drop to you. Yes, that requires knowledge and go back to #1.
    6. New "new player" does not know what is useful and what is useless until much later ... same as I playing other MMO games.
