How to make all (also old) dungeons still interesting - an idea

What about creating highliy appealing gears that can be crafted with reagents coming from Hardcore version of all dungeons?
Instead of only one like HC Vos, 3-4 reagents to craft item A from 3-4 HC dungeons/trials, 3-4 reag. to craft item B from other 3-4 HC dungeons/trials etc.

This would make all (and especially old) content relevant.

No, just no. People already hated HC stuff back with A.I campaign and I really don't want to deal with more HC dungeons unless the concept is reworked. If HC worked in the sense you die, you can't res and can only watch the rest of the group, that's fine by me. As of now, where anyone can die and waste 30 mins+ of people's time, most are extremely sick of that by now with how bad the rng of HC vos has been, the dc's that happen we can't control, the afks that don't say anything and get themselves killed...just no.

If they can properly balance the dungeons for unscaled play, I'd be up for this. Not much else to do in game at this point.

I agree, I honestly log in just for the reaper, but have lost a lot of interest
