Off-Hand weapon disappeared after beating Tiamat? (RESOLVED)

Has anyone else had this happen to them. I was in the Tiamat dungeon fight. I got top dps in ranking after the fight so i decided to admire my build and noticed my Off-hand was missing?. I pressed on the empty space to equip an item but it wasn't showing up?.. i exited the instance in case it was a bug that would resolve if i left but nope. I turned my xbox off and on and still my Off hand dragonborn weapon is gone?. All my weapons are always protected so it's impossible to even accidentally discard or sell them.. i have submitted a ticket, hopefully they will put one in my inventory and more so have a log of that instance to see what happened to cause it.

Edit update: I have resolved this.
