MYTHALAR SET BIND STATUS CLARIFICATION

if we go in collections the artifact listed as bind on equip.The necklace and belt are listed as bound account-bound on equip.
SO this artifact set meant to be account wide reclaimable( i know that you have to farm it on each character because all pieces are bound character)?

The neck and belt are:
Binds on Pickup (account)
Bines on Equip (character)

It is not account wide reclaimable. It is you can move this one item within your account.
It means when you pick it up, this one item is account bound. You are free to move that one item to another character in your account.
Once you equip it, this one item will be character bound to that character.

That is: the character who gets the item may not want to equip that item at all (he may have something better). The item can be passed to another character.

After you equip it, it will be character bound.
If you did equip it and it is not character bound, it would be a bug.
