Ring of Fowl Weather. Increase Tornado like Carpet

Great job updating the Legendary Carpet. Could we get a powerful tornado on Ring of Fowl Weather too. Even if like Turban of Shifting sands or maybe that powerful of a pull in then a 2 second delay with another pull in.
