Arc App for consoles

About a month ago, some guildmates complained that they couldn't install the arc app on xbox. Mine was still installed and working. Now the Arc app is no longer working on my xbox and I don't see it in the MS store. Is the app removed? If so, how do we claim promo codes on consoles and do we get any compensation for points earned within the app?

    Hello, I play Xbox one Never Winter my problems are there are no loot in the final chests n a few qst like Sacrificial Victims, this is in the well of the dragons and it will not allow me to abandon it either, No Crevice Untouched this qst is from the Protectors Enclave Drake Pens. The thing is in the well of the dragons I can't do any more QSTS because I can't finish the Sacrificial Victims QST and claim reward

    Their lack of an answer , IS the answer I suspect. At least for console users
