Golden Memories Artifact Bug

A recent patch fixed the Decanter of Atrapol Essence artifact bug by fixing the collection bug for the common (green) version. The Golden Memories has the same bug. The artifact is only available in epic quality but the collections shows uncommon and rare. Fixing this bug will allow the completionists to finish the collections sheet.
