DragonBone Vale Item Statistics Do Not Stack

Hi.
Yesterday, we noticed the items that are coming from DBV the statistics are not stacking. This is specific to trousers/shirts 1.5% regeneration and the rings 1.5% regeneration.

EXAMPLE:
1. The Vale sets of shirt/trousers do not stack the 1.5% regen.
2. Spiked Ring of the Dragon Cultist and Tainted Ring of the Dragon cultist the 1.5% does not stack.

If you're wearing all four, your only receiving the 1.5% regen statistics for 1 ring and 1 clothing piece. Not all 4. While these are each epic, their actual stats should be registering, but they are not.

My bad, any "vale" based shirt and trousers that give regen are not stacking correctly. My fault, I should have been clear.
