Private Queue QOL Request - Start New Instance

A simple QOL request for private queue groups. The option to begin a new queued instance. Last night, and many others, while running Crown of Keldegonn, after each failed attempt we had to abandon the instance and rebuild the queue group. Sometimes the dragon wouldn't spawn after we died or other problems would arise. This is also an issue when teaching groups ToMM, after 2 hours the instance gets a bit funky.

This is also desirable when farming the mini bosses in VoS. First boss -> reset -> rinse and repeat.

Also, to reset the score board. As we learn, we are making changes to our builds in these runs it would be nice to see a fresh scoreboard.

So, an instance reset option would be nice.
