updated messed up my game

i uninstalled game for awhile and during that time they updated game and added a new journel map/quest area which you have to have 45k item level to do. i had completed all reas before i unstalled. upon reinstalling i only have the lower and medium campaigns now in my journel. the upper areas like chult and avernus are no longer in journel. i can go to those areas and do quests but those areas are not in journel and no way for advancement in those areas or cerdit in journal for completion. so my charactors only have around 25.5k item level and there are no more campaign quests to advamce so i can get to 45k item level, so did the game update screw me, or am i supposed to delete everything and start over. because deleting everything pretty much means this game is a waste of time.
