First, can you still get seal of the north?? Second, if you can where can you get them??

    They come from the first running of a random dungeon/trial/skirmish that you do in a day, as far as I know.

    I thought they were in Dragon Vale. and Sharandar.

    If the tooltip in the queue page is correct, Random Trail Queue and Random Advance Dungeon Queue give seal of the north.
    Random Skirmish queue and Random Dungeon queue gives Seal of the wild.
