Companion Loadout Swap - Companion Power lost / missing

Swapped to Single target Loadout and noticed I dropped 3k item level.. looked at the comp tab and all my powers were gone. swapped back to aoe and some of them were missing.. swapped to healer then back to the st and they came back.. so tried swapping thru all (4) loadouts.. 1 heal, 3 dps. (Cleric) and there is not rhyme or reason behind which is removed but swapping keeps either removing or bringing them back . See below
