Battle pass changed to premium

I purchased echo of prophecy buyout in January with the believe that I would receive premium items at episodes end just to see that it has been changed to premium buyout while other have received their premium items I have not and I already paid 25 us dollars I should not have to pay another 25 to receive what I paid for months ago will you folks make this right as that I have a completed campaign and non the spoils

    Premium pass was not a buyout and is not a buyout.

    I don't see the premium pass was changed. You (1) buy the pass, (2) finish the milestones and then (3) get the reward.

    If you did (2), you will get (3). Did you do (2)?

    Milestone buyout is/was a different entity to do (2) for you.
