Issues with Chests

Hello,
There seems to be a bug with the Ps4 and being able to collect chests. Dread Ring, Tyranny of Dragons, and Cult of Prisons, if not more, when you go in you cant collect the chests after completing the objectives up to that point. I cant complete the quests because i cant collect the treasures in the chest. It also makes it feel like a waste of time when i cant collect them and complete it.
