Game crashes to dashboard at title/load screen

I had this exact same issue about three years ago which can be seen in the forums. You guys never offered a fix. I quit playing for almost 2 years and I randomly decided to reinstall one day and it worked again. Now the same thing is happening. Just recently I wasn't able to play for a couple days (a week-ish). Then it magically worked for a couple days. Now it's crashing to dashboard again. I have done all of these things: I have reset my console to factory settings. I have reinstalled the game multiple times (when I say multiple I mean like over ten times). I have opened all the recommended ports on my router. I continue to crash to the dashboard at the loading screen every time while my VIP that I pay for ticks away. The screen I am specifically talking about it the one with the Neverwinter title and the red dragon with the spinning orange loading wheel. Please figure out what causes this and fix it for good. Thank you.
