BUG - Weapons from SOMI will not upgrade - RESOLVED & CLOSED

Currently attempting to upgrade Lighttender's Holy Symbol and Lighttender's Icon (Cleric weapons from SOMI). Both mainhand and off-hand are at Common (Green), both have 100% chance at guaranteed upgrade (having failed 3/3 times) but the upgrade process doesn't execute.

I have tried applying a mote (even though chance is already 100%) and tried adding in some preservation wards too but nothing seems to get the upgrade process to execute.

Can you please resolve this issue - thanks.

Issue resolved with patch on 22 Feb 2022.

I know there's a known issue with upgrading weapons - highlighting that it's affecting SOMI weapons too.
