They won't let you post the actual pictures of the emails. I have tried to upload them, but I will go to their social media accounts and see what comes from that. Arc games is no different from the cyberpunk release, which was held liable for all of its faults and non playability.

Wow! You make it sounds like you once considered NW is better or as good/bad as Cyberpunk. You gave Cryptic way too much credit. Yes, Cyberpunk was bad and if request, they needed to refund what people paid for the game itself. You can request Cryptic for the refund what you paid for the game itself. Good luck.
