Shadow Demon Boots issue

I don't know if it's just a visual bug or Neverwinter intended it to look funny but the shadow demons boots aura where it's white smoke has become incresing choppy looking in its visual effects and I don't like wearing them as an appearance option.

Is this something that's already been acknowledged or can be looked at if it is a visual bug? Thanks!
