Bug with insignia stacks

Hello, first of all, my English is bad.
I want to report the following bug, i was modifying my build, changing the insignias, when the stack of insignias (a courage regal stack) that i passed from the shared bank to my character, was separated, not allowing me to stack them anymore, the same thing happened when i was changing the insignias of the mount, this it's a problem because it takes up a lot of space in my inventory.
The same problem occurs with other items such as resurrection scrolls.

This prob got much worse since last mod. Now, things that always been stackable (like insignias, runestones, etc) and not bound, CANT BE STACKED! I'll add all those old enchants that have been auto-emailed to us since the beginning of new mod, all those enchants/stones need 1 slot. I took 20+ old enchants on one of my toons and my inv filled with all those enchants, 1 slot per. Sent ticket but to no avail.
Do we have any update to this?
Not being able to stack insignias is very annoying, since it’s unfairly taking a lot of bag space in our inventory
This bug has been out for a while now
