Well. Interesting. x20 keys x20 alexandrites... Hahaha. 20 days of vip for x20 alexandrites. Not even insignia. OMG. And i can't even remember when i got greater shard. Probably two months ago. You nerfed everything. Time to move on.

EDIT: I opened x17 more... So 37 keys, x37 alexandrite. 1500 tbars - 40 per key. Hahahaha. OMG.

You didn't get anything you wanted so your response is they nerfed it. I'd suggest you do some statistics study. 37 is an extremely small sample size.

Yes and no.

No - A straight run of 37 Alexandrites seems to be statistically very unlikely.

Yes - We don't know what the actual % chance of getting an Alexandrite is as we dont have access to loot tables - if the Alex drop rate is 90% then 37 straight is more likely

Oh and to quote myself - I had shedloads of Alexs drop so I didnt renew VIP for the first time in ages. Plus I dont intend to get VIP until a new Mod is released.

So this is an unhappy customer, which isnt good for the game.
