Mythic enchantments disappeared

When i started game this morning found that both my companion enchantment and poisoned thorn, fully upgraded to mythic since new mod started, disappeared. All others 10 with lesser rank were still there, only mythics were gone.
They weren't slotted in both my loadouts and nowhere else to be found in inventory or mail.
Claims agents had the bounded version luckily and i could equip them but i want my unbound version back.

If it was in claims , you bound it . There is no way to get it unbound once it is bound .
