Runestone

I have bonding and eldritch runestones that have no stats on them. I read that I can exchange them but the scholar lady dosnt have a exchange tab or anything what should I do with them discard them?

    They have been obsolete for a long time. The exchange was there before mod 22. It was removed in mod 22.

    I would think if they are rank 10 or above they can be exchanged for medallions. But if lower then, either upgrade (not worth the expense) or convert to refinement points.
