Divine Touch generate wrong threat when the Divine Reciprocation feat taken

I chose the Divine Reciprocation feat.

Expected result: threat from the Divine Touch will be multiplied by 8.

Current result: threat from the Divine Touch is divided by 8 instead. (So, Divine Touch generate x64 less threat than intended).

This bug completely broke the gameplay on paladin-tank with the healing build.

It's never worked as intended your going be waiting for the Paladin rework before they do anything with that
