Reinforcement Kits for Pants and Shirts

So a friend asked me what kits can he use to reinforce his pants and shirt! I didn't know, so I tried 2 diff ones and neither would work. So, what ones can we use on them? Does anybody know? :/

    The kits for the pants and shirt were from SKT, they have been removed from the campaign store. Maybe they will add something for the slots in the future.
