Rank 8 Frost enchant won't trade for illusion.

Have tried to trade the Frost enchant on several characters. It shows up at the vendor, but tells me that I don't have enough rank 9 frost enchants. Have exchanged the Holy Avenger and the Bilethorn at rank 8 without issue. Seems like a bug to me.

    Ive had this same issue. I even upgraded it to 9 to see if it would work. Now its saying to get it to 10.
