Cloaked Ascendancy Artifact Weapons

Hi all,

So I managed to get myself some mirage weapons and upgrade one of them to green rarity, but since mod 22 dropped, I’m not able to get it to blue?
Does anyone know what’s going on or any fixes to it?

It's been bugged for a while, no idea when it will be fixed.

It is fixed as of today. I was able to upgrade my mirage weapons to legendary today.
