This is the longest slog of grinding to get what is now mostly a fashion item. Have to complete River District and the next section to get it. Could you please make it reclaimable? At the very least please check for me that we can use unbind tokens. (I’m almost there and having to play an Alt since my Main can’t get it to drop again. Can it drop again?)

    It's a one-and-done situation. Each character gets it from the storyline run of the Shard of Night.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.
