Blue screen after attempting to enter first undermountain expediton

VE 38700-8 error occurs after attempting to start the first expedition quest in undermountain with new character. This occurred both prior to this morning's patch and after uploading the new patch.

Please note. I have NOT had the game freeze issue or other issues reported for PS4 or PS5 and this character has been playing without problems until beginning the UM adventure



Log into character ready for expedition.
Walk through gate.

With this error this character is unable to progress in the undermountain adventure and collect rewards earned for completion

Id like to add that this character is unable to continue his adventure as it fail to transit to anywhere. does not matter is using gate to start adventure or using a signpost to return to PE, YP or go anywhere.
