I got in game email and I have a couple bags full of enchantments.. but I'm not sure how to use them, convert them, whatever the new mechanic is.
If the next Star Trek is on Showtime or HBO, Kirk will look like a prude.

1.Try to get in touch with people on your friend list;
1.1 Join a guild that has your native language;
1.2 Find out about equipment and builds for your class and role.
2.Priorities: 1x companion enchant that can be acquired from the box with rank 4; 1x weapon or armor enchant (depends on class and role) also acquired from the box with rank 4; Normal enchants and ultility enchant from rank 2 boxes; If you don't have enough medallions, these boxes are on sale at a very affordable price at AH.

2. Do inventory check for all your characters to find out how many rank 10 and above you have in enchantment, runestone, weapon and armour enchantment.
3. Do not exchange for medallion unless your enchantment/runestone can buy you in a set of 60/90/120 medallions.
4. Do you bother to get a set of 30 medallion which can be exchanged for a new rank 1. A new rank 1 can be bought with 100K AD. Selling that 30 medallion worth of enchantment in AH can get you more than 100K AD.
5. Don't do anything until you understand what the best option for you is. Take your time and be patient.
