Used Dragon Glyphs allow you to 'unequip' but cannot be sold...

    Of course it can be unequipped so that you can switch to different overload enchantment for different situation.
    It cannot be sold because one will try to sell it (for silver) when it reaches it uselessness (say) at 1 second left.
