is it still possible to exchange high rank bonding runestones with the antiquities vendor for astral diamonds? or was that option eliminated with mod 22? if it is no longer possible to exchange for astral diamonds, then is it possible to exchange the bonding runestones for the enchantment medallions?

it does not show up as one of the options available under any category, but I am not sure if that is because I do not have bonding runestones in my inventory.

The Bonding runestone exchange for AD was removed when mod 22 was introduced. I also do not have any high ranking bonding runestones, so I can not answer that question.
