Masterwork Missing recipes and materials

I can't craft "Elegant Vermilion Runners", because "Cashmere Yarn" recipe and other materials and recipes are missing.

Are they returning at any point soon?

I submitted support ticket on Master Crafting as well, replied to them repeatedly, and finally got this answer:

"The Masterwork Recipes are now obtained differently after the major changes with the Professions system. They will now be purchasable through the said Artisan so please visit this NPC if you have not already done so. If the Recipes that were previously earned disappeared, I am afraid they may have been discontinued due to the update.
