Dragonbone Vale Campaign min IL requirement 45000

Starting next Tuesday, January 25, the 45,000 item level requirement for the Dragonbone Vale Campaign will become active. Make sure to try out the Campaign before then regardless of your item level!

was curious if I missed an announcement about this - for the 45,000 item level requirement for Dragonbone Vale campaign, is there a similar limited time window where if you complete the campaign progess up to a certain point that the item level restriction is removed for that character going forward (like what they did for the Sharandar mod 20)?

or is the open item level entry only valid until tomorrow January 25 regardless of progression?

I expect the character enters the zone and complete one quest (talk to Knox) before deadline can continue to play within the zone.

Edit: opps! Not Knox but Elminster as pitshade said.

If it is like Sharandar, the restriction is on getting the quest to unlock the zone. If you have the quest, you will be good. Certainly, once you have visited the map and talked to Elminster it will be unlocked forever.

thanks for the advice. i ran a few of the intro quests in dragonbone vale. i probably should not be running quests out in this zone if I do not meet the minimum IL requirement but i do not want to be locked out either - i will see after the patch if i am kicked out of the zone, or unable to pick up any more quests.

I ran a few on my very under geared 21kil HR and was fine doing the repeatables. You get upscaled.
