Mirage Set Upgrade

Hello. ATM I cant upgrade the off hand mirage grimoire for warlocks. The problem doesnt appear with my main which was bought before mod 22, only with the grimoire which i bought after mod 22 was live. In short i can upgrade the first time the grimoire, then no matter what i do the upgrade button just flash when i press and nothing happens.

    Happen same thing on me HR with main hand weapon, playing in console ps4.
    I just can't upgrade from epic to legendary...

    Me to my warlock my mirage cant be upgraded to legendary despite the chance 100%.
    Have a look this
    This outcome or the result box is empty and it required blue enchament stone instead the purple one

    Geez , 100% chance with a 1% mote? Lmao , broken ?
