I'm not sure if this is a bug, but reporting it just in case it is a bug.
Just in case those rewards are one-time rewards per account (I've got them on other toon already) there is still a problem: this information isn't available in the game (I mean tooltip over reward should explain that "your account has already claimed the main reward for this tier, so now you can get 5 gold instead" or something like that).
