I tryed to upgrade my epic Ancient Scalebreakers Shroud item level 1700 to legendary Crimson Scalebreaker rebel shroud item level 1800.
It was impossible! because I had 880 critical strike reinforcement in it. I got the error message / you can not exchange this item until all slotted enchansments have been removed! When I try to remove my reinforcment the game wont let me! Just getting the error text / there is no cost to remove enchansment. Nothing else happens. My reinforcement is not removable so the upgrade from epic to legendary is not possible.

Yeah, this is a bug that was carried over from Redeemed Citadel. Hopefully the devs will fix this with the next patch like they did with the Redeemed Citadel gear.
