Missing Quartermaster enchantments from equipment stored in the shared bank

Hello, i had 3 items with high ranking Quartermaster enchantments stored in my shared bank before the update, the equipment lost it's enchantment slots, but the enchantments are nowhere to be found, where did they go?!

Well, any official feedback on what to do now?
Contact support, or wait for some fix?
I'd like to get those enchantments back...
