Medallions don't appear to stack

I have several older Rank 15 enchantments that I wish to turn in for the medallions. I went to the Antiquities vendor and with a few slots available in my bags, I turned one in for 20 medallions. It placed each of the 20 in a unique slot in the pouches, and of course several in the overload bag.

Of course with the overload tab filled, I can't purchase any more medallions--how can I stack the medallions to exchange enough rank 15 enchants for the 120 medallions for a rank 4 companion? Do I actually need 120 slots open?

Thank you for the quick response. I hope they fix this before going live--this will create a considerable mess.
