Dev gave us updates and companion packs, in return we can give feedback and suggestion packs.
[Quest]
-Multiple queues - Able to queue for RADQ / RC / RTQ at the same time, whichever starts first.
-Private queue - Currently the leader who disconnected in a private game was never kicked and could not be replaced. Allow players to vote for a kick and activate a 10 minute afk check timer.
-Sort players in queue list by role, in the order of Tank -> DPS -> heal.
[Interface]
-Auto potion Buff - Right click on a buff potion (e.g. Flash of potency) to automatically drink another when the effects have run off, at a cost of 200AD.
-Companion / Mount - Tooltip to preview the difference in bolster, item level gain, skill levels before an upgrade.
-Semi transparent health bars - Player could customize health bar to make them semi transparent
-Trade item language - Wondering what is the person selling when they say woaini? item's language should auto convert in trade channel.
-Loadout manual up and down arrangement- Currently it is arranged alphabetically. Since a player can only have a few loadouts, allow player drag a loadout up or down in the list.
-Banner animation - Make things animate in launcher, mount ad, loading and welcome screen to greatly improve the experience.
-Friend's list - List offline friends with their character names instead of account names
@xyz-Social : In friend's list, show just nickname instead of xyz@xyz. The full name and account name should only appear when we're trying to add a user.
-Social : When adding someone to a dungeon or as a friend, the user only input the character name, and a mini panel will popup for the user to select the full name xyz@xyz. It is troublesome for the player to type in every character of character name and account name.
-New icons : Killing Blow / Overkill to appear along with damage number floaters.
-Loading screen : Show a mini game where a dragon throws fire and player needs to click all fireballs. Or click on a dice for it to roll. Makes loading less boring.
-Create and delete a custom group category for friends list - e.g. "New friends" "weekend players" "Alt characters"
-Role needed icon in quest menu. e.g. RADQ is looking for a tank. Click to queue up. The player no longer needs to check the queues 1 by 1 to see which dungeon needs help and is offering bonus reward.
-Reset barrel disappearing time when a player touches it. It's fun to kick the barrel around.
-Friend's list : a new column to display item level
-New Categories for currency - Currently it is a long list of currencies and it is difficult to track. Will be good if it can be grouped by category, e.g. Avernus = Zenith coins, Writing scrolls.
[Loadout]
Able to select a loadout icon and turning them on and off.
[Potion]
Diamond's Blessing - Able to drink it instantly for buff instead of requiring to equip it into a potion tray first.
[Balance]
-Buff up very old Artifact item levels, since players can level to 20 quite fast today. Some artifacts are item level 300 and some are 1000, and they don't have much difference in terns of the unique ability and buffs.
-Artifact cooldowns from common from epic to mythic should be 180s, 150, 120, 90, 60 but it's currently 180, 160, 140, 120, 60. The difference between legendary and mythic is huge.
-Glyph in Overload slot - As they expire in only a few hours, players will get a lot of them and they easily take up bag space. It'd be good if they can be stacked and have a longer timer.
-Allow players to recharge Glyphs with a cost, e.g. an item from zen store or AD instead of repeating boring farms everyday.
[Transmog]
Nicer looking staff and wands for healer and other class. I believe good looking weapons can carry weight in a mmo/RPG game.
[Auction House]
New enchantment category for "Overload slot" - allows player to unbind and sell glyphs in AH.
[Mail]
Add a "return to sender" option. Sometimes people send gifts and it's troublesome to accept the item and to attach it again.
[Dungeon]
Infernal Citadel - Allow players to see the choice of other players with a demon icon above their heads. Fixed the issue where a new player never pick a demon, and allowing all players to pick the same or different demons.
Infernal Citadel - Reset final boss room after a fight. Sometimes the fire persist.
Vault of Sands - At entrance of dark forest, allow player to select the speed of walking ball.
Tiamat - Max 2 drops of dragon aura to prevent 10 players from clicking on the same color
Introduce special item craft in all dungeons - the idea worked well in VoS.
[New Content idea]
-Wedding - Allow a couple to buy a wedding ticket in zen store, and invite guests to join the wedding. Players can receive gifts in the wedding hall and the couple will get a wedding ring with a buff. The longer they stay in marriage, the stronger the buff. Idea is from the game Maplestory.
-World Map boss : A world boss can spawn at a random time in world map. Players can click on it to join a small area and challenge the world boss.
-New Dungeon : Parallel World - A portal wrap misfunctioned and characters travelled to a cyberpunk world to fight against a time machine.
[New Role idea - Mechanic]
Many mmorpg games stick to just 3 roles : Tank, DPS and Heal. The problem where a role is less populated is never solved. For example it can sometimes be hard to find a tank. A very strong team could sometimes missed a dungeon due to just 1 shortage of player in 1 particular role.
-Mechanic can be played as any role.
-Mechanic is that wild card X. Dungones can start with Mech,DPS,Heal. or Tank,DPS,Heal or Tank,DPS,Mech.
-However, Mech is jack of all trades : fairly weak in all roles and master of none. Mech comes to play only if the role is desperately in need.
The mechanic will summon a robot suit and wear it in dungeon - Guardian / Attacker / Restorer.
Guardian : able to cast temp hp on a player and gave temp aggro to that player.
Restorer : Able to throw pick-up potions on the ground with a cooldown.
Attacker : Able to fire lazers on enemies.
The Main role player (tank / dps / heal class) will always be stronger than a mechanic.
[Server]
Auto change to less populated server - Allow players to vote for server change to less populated and less laggy ones when they are at a campfire.
[Steam]
Steam Achievements - There are achievement collectors on steam. Create a few simple achievements will add value and create a reason for more players to try out the free game.
Allow purchase of smaller amount of Zen with Steam Cash. Most steam players have little balance left after topping up $6 in their wallet and buying $5 or $4 games. Lift the roadblock.

No, I don't want to remember my friends' dozen character names.
For the flip side, I want to 'ignore' the account and not just some characters of an account.
Not sure about unbinding glyphs from overload, does overload not having timer anymore? Allow to sell 2 minutes glyphs is asking for trouble. May be getting rid of timer is a change in mod 22 I do not know about.
Server: there is only one server.
There's at least 4 servers. She is referring to instances.
