I feel there should be a quicker disconnect time in dungeons for people who don't move, are only moving in one direction, or are dead for an amount of time. Dungeons like Fangbreaker Island where the kick vote does not work cause the whole run to be ruined if someone falls asleep.

I mean...
I once fell asleep during a raid boss in a certain MMO after keeping the instance open alone for over 12 hours so everyone else in the party could go get some sleep. I was the only person who knew the mechanics and had finished the fight before. The fights up to the boss take hours so staying at the boss is mandatory and that requires someone running around to dodge the idle timer.
By the time I woke up, 7 hours later; not only had they learned 60% of the fight but they had made sure to wipe every 30 minutes to force revive me, resetting the idle timer and then pushed me off the platform before the fight because 1 person dies = full wipe mechanics.
