Artisans not Giving Discount

I am trying to make some combat advantage armor mods. I have 2 artisans that give -75% commission multiplier and neither one is giving the discount. It won't allow me to make it unless I have 125k ad. I'm afraid to put that much in my bank for fear that it will charge me the entire 125k.

Are you saying the commission number on the screen not changed (from 125,000 to 31,250) after you slotted the artisan? Or, it won't allow you make it unless you have 125K AD in your purse?

The price did change at the top but it still requires 125k.
