Stamina being addressed

I was curious, when mod 22 hits and eclipse armor enchant is gone, could the barbarian stamina have a look at being reworked slightly. As it stands, when any stamina is used, there is a slight delay before stamina starts to recharge. This is a big reason why many barbarians were using eclipse. Maybe remove the 1/2 sec delay where no stamina seems to gain after any sprint usage.

Not only Barbs, Tanks use it and I am worried what this will do to my fighter now. It was at a good place. What’s going to replace the 80% now?
