Bugged Enchantments and Armor Kits

Companion and Combat Enchantments do not give any Combined Rating, but stats are not reduced when we equip them. Although the ratings are not changed on equipping them, Item Level rises, but percentages do not fall despite this. Further, why don't Companion Enchantments give any Combined Rating. On Mythic, they give 7.5k to 3 stats which is a total of 22.5k ratings. However, based on the Item Level formula, they should be giving us a total of 5k * 15 = 75k ratings. So there is clearly something wrong here.
The Recharge Bonus enchantment does not give any Recharge Speed boost when equipped.
Armor Reinforcement kits cannot be unequipped- only a message stating it does not cost anything to unequip them appears but the item is not unequipped. Clearly, there is functionality aimed to allow their removal based on the message, but it is currently bugged.
