Gyrion's Tower - Exit door bug

The quest in Gyrion's Tower (River District), "Behind The Mask", the door to exit when you immediately enter the instance does not allow you to exit, it respawns you back at the same door.
Issue being, like various other instnces across the game, if you (re)enter to quickly, the instance doesn't refresh meaning you need ot leave and re-enter. Unless you have VIP you're pretty much stuck and even teleporting out with VIP isn't a viable option, being the furthest point to run back to..
