Retraining Boons. Having a problem, and wondered if its me or a bug...

When I tried to retrain normal Boons on my Ranger today I got a message saying:
"There was a problem!
The change you just tried to make will affect the purchase of these skills;
Dexterity (at rank 1)
Strength (at rank 1)
Would you like to remove these pending skills in order to continue?"
A - OK B- Close
This is when trying to Decrement already existing Boon choices that have been switched from Orange to Blue.
The problem is, that when I press "A" to OK this issue, nothing happens, and I can't Tab out of the window without RE-Committing all the Boons I just spent a bloody Retraining Token trying to get rid of...
Have I done something wrong?
Am I supposed to wipe out all my Level Stat bonuses to zero with another retraining token before doing Boons?
Or is it a bug?
(If I were spending AD on this HAMSTER I would be doubly pissed off.)
