Knock box extension i Need explanation pls

Hy, i got 1 box every week because the bug... So if every week Is ten i miss 8
.with extended event if i can grab 5 i still miss 3 and if extension give +5 as the third week i miss 8
Or the extension let me buy all i miss? I really not understand this lol i know a lot Ppl claimed tons of box but why the honest Ppl have t pay this sort of box cut gain 4 bug and illegal player lol
