Enchanted Keys From Knox Boxes Not Working

I purchased a Knox Box from the Zen store and won a few enchanted keys and they won't open any lock boxes, new or old. :anguished:

    They are Legendary dragon keys, they are for chests in trails/dungeons when you dont have the correct key, they can be used instead.

    Not lock box keys
