Warlock skill bugs - Blades of Vanquished Armies

Multiple casts of the warlock power "Blades of Vanquished Armies" do not trigger the skill. If I cast the skill again before the preview cast of the same skill has expired, the new cast get ignored.
Example: if i cast "Blades of Vanquished Armies" wich lasts for 6 seconds, and when there is 1 second left i cast it again, the power still goes in cooldown, but the expiration time stays the same, and after 1 second it expires (leaving me with a 10 second cooldwon on the power that didn't properly triggered)
Desired Behaviour: when casting the skill the duration should be extended, so if i have 2 seconds left and i cast it again it should last 2+6 = 8 seconds.
