Inside tongs, when you fail or skip a trap you will get into a "penalty" zone, having to perform different tasks.
During the penalty where you need to put away rocks from the door it can happen (if two players take up the last stone brick at the same time) that one of the player get stuck, it is impossibile to drop the rock becouse all the rocks have already been dropped and it's impossibile to keep going becouse the door is not cleared.
There is no way to fix this if not leaving the dungeon, it's really annoying.
